为解决轨道交通与常规公交换乘收益分配冲突问题,维持企业运营协调的稳定性,应用可拓学方法为企业提供换乘收益分配方案.从贡献和风险2个方面分析了换乘收益分配影响因素,在此基础上,提出了换乘收益分配比例公式,并建立了问题的形式化物元模型和可拓关系模型以衡量换乘收益分配冲突程度.在构建公共交通企业简单成本蕴含系的基础上,分析了生成收益分配协调可行性方案的条件转换桥方法和对可行性方案进行筛选的可拓优度评价方法.算例分析结果表明,可拓方法能够较好地解决换乘收益分配问题.
In order to solve the conflict between the distribution of rail transit and conventional bus transfer income and to maintain the stability of the coordination of enterprise operation, this paper applies the extenics method to provide the transfer profit distribution plan for the enterprise.From the contribution and the risk, it analyzes the impact of transfer income distribution On this basis, this paper puts forward a formula of proportion of transfer income distribution and establishes a formal matter-element model and extension relation model of the problem to measure the conflict degree of transfer income distribution.On the basis of constructing the simple cost implication system of public transportation enterprises , The conditional conversion bridge method to generate the coordination feasibility of revenue distribution and the method to evaluate the feasibility of extension are analyzed.Examples show that the extension method can solve the problem of transfer income distribution .
