目的评价一般工作紧张问卷中文译本的信度和效度。方法采用一般工作紧张问卷对1116名男性火车司机的职业紧张因素、个性特征、非工作因素、社会支持以及紧张反应进行测试;信度指标为平均项目—总分相关系数和Cronbach'sα系数;以因病缺勤天数为效标分析紧张反应量表的效标效度和预测效度,计算紧张因素、缓冲因素和非工作因素对紧张反应因素的预测贡献率以分析理论概念效度。结果该问卷中译本各量表或子量表的信度值平均项目—总分相关系数较大多在0.60以上,Cronbach'sα系数大多在0.70以上,并具有较高的效标效度、预测效度和构思效度。结论该问卷的大多数表可应用于我国。
Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the General Tense Questionnaire. Methods General stress questionnaire was used to test occupational stress factors, personality traits, non-work factors, social support and stress responses of 1116 male train drivers. Reliability indicators were average item-total score correlation coefficient and Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. The number of absence days was used as the criterion to analyze the validity and the predictive validity of the tension response scale. The predictive contribution rate of stress factors, buffer factors and non-work factors to stress response factors was calculated to analyze the theoretical concept validity. Results In the questionnaire, the reliability-average value-item score of all the scales or sub-scales in the questionnaire was mostly above 0.60, Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was mostly above 0.70, and had a higher efficacy standard Degree, predictive validity and validity of ideas. Conclusion Most of the questionnaires can be applied to our country.
