创新是一切工作长期发展的基础,习近平同志提出创新、创新、再创新的战略,可见创新对于建设与发展的价值。档案管理同样需要创新来实现提升,只有通过创新才能使档案管理更能适应工作的需要和符合社会服务的要求。应该看到档案管理创新的重要意义,通过信息化和网络化来加速档案管理的创新,以档案管理工作标准体系的构建为基础,在扩大档案管理工作范围的同时加速档案管理工作的利用,实现新时期对档案管理工作的全面创新。
