双因素理论是美国行为学家赫茨伯格提出的管理心理学理论,薪酬管理是人力资源管理中的一项重要活动。当前,很多企业在薪酬管理方面存在很多问题,如果把双因素理论应用到薪酬管理中,对于那些问题是很有帮助的。本文在理论探究的基础上,提出了基于双因素理论的薪酬管理体系的建设意见。
Two-factor theory is the theory of management psychology put forward by U.S. behavioralist Herzberg. Payroll management is an important activity in human resource management. At present, many enterprises have many problems in the management of remuneration. If the two-factor theory is applied to the remuneration management, it is very helpful for those problems. Based on the theoretical research, this paper puts forward the opinion of the construction of the salary management system based on the two-factor theory.
