一、咨询业发展的基本情况截止1996年底我国咨询机构3462个,其中主营科技咨询业者1949个,占56.3%;从事咨询业人员127546人,其中专职人员81565人,占63.9%;年完成项目400597个;年完成咨询项目合同额43.75亿元;年咨询收入21.85亿元;全年完成项目涉及总投资额4393.89亿元;年末咨询业资产总额261.34亿元,其中固定资产额84.10亿元;全年上缴税金9.36亿元;年咨询活动盈余3.75亿元;年咨询活动经济效益215亿元。
I. Basic Conditions for the Development of the Consulting Industry By the end of 1996, there were 3,462 consulting agencies in China, of which 1949 were mainly technical consulting firms, accounting for 56.3%; there were 127,546 employees engaged in the consulting industry, including 81,565 full-time personnel, accounting for 63.9% of the total; 400597 months; consulting projects completed in the amount of 4.75 billion yuan; annual consulting income of 2.185 billion yuan; year to complete the project involves a total investment of 439.389 billion yuan; year consulting industry total assets of 26.134 billion yuan, of which 8.41 billion yuan in fixed assets; Annual tax paid 936 million yuan; annual consulting activity surplus 375 million yuan; annual economic benefits of consulting activities 21.5 billion yuan.
