具有重大而深远意义的2006年国防科技工业工作会议胜利闭幕,国防科技工业未来一个时期的总体思路、目标和任务已经明确。而如何将这次会议精神贯彻落实到具体工作中去,加快转型升级,推进国防科技工业平稳较快发展,已成为全系统广大干郭职工深入思考和研究的问题。作为参与决策者,国防科工委机关各部门更是积极谋划,提出思路,制定措施。为此,本刊记者重点就如何学习贯彻这次会议精神采访了几位机关领导。
The 2006 National Defense Science and Technology Industrialization Working Conference, which is of great and far-reaching significance, has concluded successfully. The overall thinking, goals and tasks of the national defense science and technology industry in the coming period have been made clear. How to carry out the spirit of this conference into concrete work, speed up the transformation and upgrade and promote the steady and rapid development of the national defense science and technology industry have become the issues that the system-wide cadres and workers in the entire system should think in depth and study. As a participating decision-maker, all departments and agencies of the State Commission of Science, Technology, Culture, Sports, Science, Technology and Industry Commission are even more active in planning, putting forward ideas and formulating measures. To this end, our correspondents focus on how to learn and implement the spirit of the meeting interviewed several agency leaders.
