最近,笔者对河南省贯彻《村民委员会组织法》的2000多个村的情况进行了分析。大量的事例告诉了我们,贯彻《村民委员会组织法》对于充分发挥村民委员会的作用,充分调动农民的热情,加快农村两个文明建设,促进农村稳定、发展、进步、具有极其重要的意义,是农村第二步改革的突破口,是历史发展的必然。这部大法不仅能被农民接受,而且受到了农民发自内心的欢迎;它不仅能在中国农村实施,而且凡是贯彻实施的
Recently, the author analyzed the situation of carrying out the “Villagers Committee Organization Law” of more than 2,000 villages in Henan Province. A large number of examples tell us that the implementation of the Organic Law of the Villagers’ Committee is of great significance to giving full play to the role of village committees, fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of peasants, speeding up the construction of two civilizations in rural areas and promoting rural stability, development and progress.
