研究了W18Cr4V高速钢在550℃下的低温固体渗碳工艺及低温渗碳+深冷复合处理工艺。结果表明,与淬火回火态高速钢相比,经低温渗碳及复合工艺处理后硬度、红硬性得到改善,刀具的耐用度明显提高。
Low temperature solid carburizing process and low temperature carburizing + cryogenic composite process of W18Cr4V high speed steel at 550 ℃ were studied. The results show that compared with the quenched and tempered high-speed steel, the hardness and red hardness of the high-speed steel after the low-temperature carburizing and composite process are improved, and the durability of the tool is obviously improved.
