1995年我国渔业在“八五”前四年平均递增15％的基础上,各地继续加大改革、开发的力度。以经济效益为中心,以市场需求为导向,合理调整产业结构,大力发展以养殖为重点的高效渔业,渔业生产继续保护良好的发展态势。截止到11月底统计,主要省、自治区、直辖市水产品产量已达1833.77万吨,比上年同期增加238.90万吨,增长15％,增幅比上年同期回落5个百分点。预计全年水产品总产量将超过2350万吨,比上年增加200万吨,增长10％。
In 1995, on the basis of an average increase of 15% in the first four years of the Eighth Five-Year Plan, China’s fisheries sector continued to intensify efforts in reform and development. Take economic benefits as the center, market demand as the guidance, reasonably adjust the industrial structure, vigorously develop the efficient fisheries focusing on aquaculture, and continue to protect the fishery production in a sound development trend. As of the end of November, the output of aquatic products in major provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities reached 18.3377 million tons, an increase of 2.3890 million tons or 15% over the same period of last year, an increase of 5% over the same period of previous year. The total output of aquatic products is estimated to exceed 23.5 million tons for the whole year, an increase of 2 million tons or 10% over the previous year.
