在当代,要做一个合格的初中班主任,就必须具备的一定的能力。作者认为应该具备专业学习能力、沟通协调能力、统驭团结能力、决策执行能力、表达说服能力、规划设计的能力,拥有这些能力才能更好地管理好班级。
In contemporary times, to be a qualified junior high school teacher, we must have a certain ability. The author believes that we should possess the ability of professional learning ability, communication and coordination, control of solidarity ability, decision-making ability, persuasion ability, planning and design ability, to possess these abilities to manage the class better.
