为预防煤自燃,研究用一种脱氧剂阻止煤自燃并耗氧的可行性。在添加与不添加阻化剂和不同供氧条件下,对取自宣东煤矿的煤样进行持续升温试验。提出用单一脱氧剂阻煤自燃并且耗氧的观点。分析脱氧剂在煤矿井下的适用性,计算其在阻氧过程中的焓变。结果表明,阻化剂能够降低煤氧化的概率,氧浓度下降会减小煤氧化的剧烈程度,用脱氧剂能同时阻止煤自燃和消耗氧气。预防井下煤自燃较为理想的脱氧剂是铁系脱氧剂。
In order to prevent the spontaneous combustion of coal, the feasibility of using a deoxidizer to prevent spontaneous combustion of coal and oxygen consumption was studied. The coal samples from Xuan Dong Coal Mine were continuously heated with or without the addition of retarding agent and different oxygen supply conditions. Proposed a single deoxidizer spontaneous combustion of coal and oxygen consumption point of view. The applicability of deoxidizer in coal mine is analyzed and its enthalpy change in oxygen barrier process is calculated. The results show that the retarding agent can reduce the probability of coal oxidation, the decrease of oxygen concentration will reduce the severity of coal oxidation, and the use of deoxidizer can stop both spontaneous combustion of coal and oxygen consumption. Prevention of spontaneous combustion of coal is a more ideal deoxidizer iron deoxidizer.
