杨××,住院号205295,28岁,教员。孕3产3,末次产1977年12月29日,哺乳期闭经。1979年3月18日在某公社医院上金属节育环一枚,术中阴道流血较多伴有剧烈腹痛,下腹坠胀感,无昏厥及出冷汗。疼痛持续一日之久,拒按怕活动,此后常有左下腹隐坠胀痛,活动后加重。 1980年1月24日(仍闭经)剖腹行绝育术,未取环。术后先后取环四次皆未成功。于1980年9月18日来我院要求取环。妇检:宫体前倾前屈位,正常大小,活
