随着教育改革的不断深入,中等职业教育发展趋势日益明显,办学理念始终坚持以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向,以能力为本位,并把为社会培养服务、生产一线的可用人才作为根本目标。作为在中职担任体育学科教学的教师,不难发现:中职体育教学缺乏职业特性,对学生的专业发展服务功能缺失,教学效果与教学目标存在失衡,教学质量评估停滞不前。如何才能实现体育对人才的培养与市场需求接轨,如何才能克服诟病?引人深思。
With the continuous deepening of education reform, the development trend of secondary vocational education has become increasingly evident.
