目的 :观察高强度超声 (HIU)治疗子宫内膜 VX2 肿瘤模型的病理变化及其转归。方法 :15只子宫内膜 VX2 肿瘤模型兔分别于 HIU (声强 5 0 W/ cm2 ,频率 10 MHz)治疗前及 HIU治疗后即刻 ,2小时 ,4 8小时 ,10天 ,2 8天及 15 0天处死 ,大体及组织学观察模型肿瘤的生物学特性及其 HIU治疗后靶区组织病理学变化。结果 :兔子宫内膜 VX2 肿瘤为鳞癌 ,TTC染色阳性。HIU治疗后靶区组织出现凝固性坏死 ,TTC染色不着色。损伤的修复主要为坏死的组织脱落、肉芽组织替代的过程。结论 :HIU可有效杀灭肿瘤细胞 ,且无严重的并发症
Objective: To observe the pathological changes and prognosis of endometrial VX2 tumor treated by high intensity ultrasound (HIU). Methods: Fifteen endometrial VX2 tumor models were divided into three groups: before HIU (intensity 50 W / cm2, frequency 10 MHz) and immediately after HIU treatment, 2 hours, 48 hours, 10 days, 28 days and 15 After sacrificed on day 0, the biological characteristics of the tumor and its histopathological changes after HIU treatment were observed in gross and histological models. Results: Rabbit endometrial VX2 tumors were squamous cell carcinoma with positive TTC staining. After HIU treatment, coagulation necrosis and TTC staining are not observed. Damage repair mainly necrotic tissue shedding, granulation tissue replacement process. Conclusion: HIU can effectively kill tumor cells without serious complications
