我院地处远郊县区成渝高速公路口,常有大的车祸呼救外出抢救。我们到出事现场分秒必争地进行抢治,挽回了不少伤员的生命,为院后复苏奠定了坚实的基础,收到了满意的社会效益。现将现场救护总结于后:1 正确估价伤情到了出事现场,应尽快详细了解伤员受伤情况,着重注意致伤性质、程度、作用方式和伤员受伤时的姿势,初步估价伤情,同时进一步作较正确的查体,完善估价伤情和复苏时需要的救护。
