我国目前有2千多个县级行政建制,县级目前面临的问题是人口、资源、环境与发展的相互协调。关键在于人口控制、资源合理开发利用和环境的保护与治理。为探索和寻求县级在发展工业、农业、城镇建设、农村、奔小康和持续稳步发展的模式,作者采访了歧山县委书记赵锦明及他的同事们,就县级面向21世纪的发展及中西部县级目前发展现状,粮食生产与农业结构、工业体系形成与工业布局、结构分析、城镇体系发展及环境问题、肥级经济的可持续发展及探索途径等问题进行了长谈。
At present, there are more than 2,000 administrative systems at the county level in our country. The problems currently facing the county level are the coordination of population, resources, environment and development. The key lies in population control, rational development and utilization of resources and environmental protection and governance. In order to explore and seek a model of county-level development in industry, agriculture, urban construction, rural areas, the well-to-do society and sustained and steady development, the author interviewed the secretary of Qishan County Committee Zhao Jinming and his colleagues about the development of the county level in the 21st century The current development status of western counties, food production and agricultural structure, industrial system formation and industrial layout, structural analysis, urban system development and environmental issues, the sustainable development of fertilizer-grade economy and exploration channels were discussed.
