DNA分子标记是继形态标记、细胞学标记、生化标记之后发展起来的一种新的更为理想的遗传标记,其在中药研究中发挥了重要作用。DNA分子标记包括以分子杂交(southern杂交)为基础的DNA分子标记技术、以PCR为基础的DNA分子标记技术和以DNA序列为基础的分子标记技术。本文对DNA分子标记的分类、原理及其在中药研究中的应用进行了综述。
DNA molecular markers are a new and more desirable genetic marker developed after morphological markers, cytological markers and biochemical markers. They play an important role in the study of traditional Chinese medicine. DNA molecular markers include a DNA molecular marker technique based on molecular hybridization, a PCR-based DNA molecular marker technique, and a DNA marker-based molecular marker technique. This article reviews the classification, principles of DNA molecular markers and their applications in the study of traditional Chinese medicine.
