我国电力市场改革后,电力企业如何扩展自己电力市场,是电网企业目前主要研究问题。结合电客户关系管理理论,建立客户分类评价指标体系,运用综合评价方法对该指标体系进行评价,从而可以得到一个评价结果,对客户进行分类。对于不同客户,制定了不同的营销策略,可以有效促进电力市场的开拓和维护。
After the reform of the electricity market in our country, how the power enterprises expand their electricity market is the main research issue of power grid enterprises at present. Combined with the theory of electric customer relationship management, this paper establishes a customer classification evaluation index system, and evaluates the index system using the comprehensive evaluation method, so as to obtain an evaluation result and classify the customers. For different customers, developed a different marketing strategy that can effectively promote the development and maintenance of the electricity market.
