我厂生产的泰山—25轮式拖拉机,底盘部分的齿轮共26件,其中带花键孔的14件。目前主要生产工艺是加工齿后转热处理车间气体渗碳,然后回齿轮车间推孔整形,再返回热处理车间淬火。事实证明,这样的工艺,不仅质量不易保证,而且成本高,效率低,尤其在工序转移中来回搬运,造成严重碰伤。长期未得到解决,一直是我厂齿轮生产中的质量关键问题。1973年初,为了解决这一关键问题,通过
