建立了采用高效液相色谱-紫外检测器检测模拟印染废水中NPEOs总量的分析方法。以固相萃取为富集方法,通过Agilent C18反相快速短柱(2.7μm,4.6×50mm),以甲醇-水为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,紫外检测波长为225nm,柱温为室温,进样量10μL,可在10min内测定模拟印染废水中NPEOs总量,方法检出限为0.045mg/L。峰面积与质量浓度在0.2~200mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9996,回收率均在80%以上,标准偏差小于10%,重现性好且灵敏度较高。
A method for the determination of total NPEOs in dyeing and printing wastewater by high performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detector was established. Solid-phase extraction was used as the enrichment method. The mobile phase consisted of methanol and water with a mobile phase of Agilent C18 reversed-phase flash column (2.7μm, 4.6 × 50mm) with a flow rate of 1.0mL / min and UV detection wavelength of 225nm. At room temperature, the injection volume was 10μL, and the total amount of NPEOs in the simulated printing and dyeing wastewater could be determined within 10min. The detection limit was 0.045mg / L. The peak area and the mass concentration ranged from 0.2 to 200 mg / L showed a good linear relationship, the correlation coefficient was 0.9996, the recovery rates were above 80%, the standard deviation was less than 10%, good reproducibility and high sensitivity.
