1 生产概况与危害 我厂铸铁车间的主产品为灰口铸铁、球墨铸铁和铸铜等机车配件。整个铸造生产95％以上均采用砂型铸造,熔炼设备主要为冲天炉。混砂采用51118型混砂机,铸件落砂采用L1310振动落砂机,铸件清理采用Q3110、Q3113滚筒、Q365A抛丸清理室、Q3210清理机等,基本上属于半机械化的生产方式。由于生产中的旧砂回收、混砂、铸件清理等工序的设备简易,因而造成尘土飞扬严重。经环保部门测定,超过国家标准要求,给职工的健康造成了很大危害,必须迅速加以治理。
1 Production Overview and Hazard I cast iron plant’s main products for the gray cast iron, ductile iron and bronze and other motorcycle parts. More than 95% of the entire casting production are used sand casting, melting equipment mainly cupola. Mixing sand 51118-type sand mixer, casting sand using L1310 Vibration Falling sand machine, casting cleaning Q3110, Q3113 drum, Q365A Shot Blasting Room, Q3210 cleaning machine, basically a semi-mechanized mode of production. As the production of the old sand recycling, sand mixing, casting and other processes clean equipment, resulting in serious dust flying. As determined by the environmental protection department, exceeding the requirements of the national standards has caused great harm to the health of workers and must be promptly dealt with.
