本文在测定总汞时使用盐酸、硝酸和硫酸混合酸进行消化,成功地运用于多种食物样品。包括脂肪类、油类和含有高碳水化合物的食品并都获得了满意的汞的回收。称1.5g 干样品(如茶叶、玉米片、小麦)或3g湿样品(如薪鲜水果、蔬菜、生肉)放入100ml 锥形烧瓶内。加1ml 水润湿干样品,加1ml 10 MHCl和5ml 16M HNO_3轻轻混合,5分钟后加入2ml18M H_2SO_4,用大玻璃弹子盖上烧瓶。当初始反应平熄(约15分钟)后,将烧瓶放在多孔水浴锅盖
In this paper, the determination of total mercury using hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and sulfuric acid mixed acid digestion, successfully applied to a variety of food samples. Including fats, oils, and foods containing high carbohydrates, and received satisfactory mercury recovery.
