《轻工业调整和振兴规划》提出了未来三年轻工业的主要任务和目标。调整和振兴是《规划》的两大主题,调整是行业发展的内在要求,也是解决多年来行业在发展过程中积累的突出问题的根本方法。本文通过对自行车行业现状的分析,对产业结构调整的必要性进行分析。
The Light Industry Adjustment and Revitalization Plan sets forth the major tasks and targets of light industry in the next three years. Adjustment and rejuvenation are the two major themes of “planning.” Adjustment is an inherent requirement of the development of the industry. It is also the fundamental solution to the outstanding problems accumulated by the industry over the years in the process of development. This article analyzes the status quo of bicycle industry, the necessity of industrial restructuring.
