本文对40名13~15岁中学男生在不同劳动负荷水平时的生理机能反应作了研究,结果表明:平均心率与耗氧量均随着提重频率的增加而上升,当提重频率由每分钟2次增至4次和6次时,心率由安静时的86次/min 分别上升到101.9、118.5和129.9/min;耗氧量也从安静时的10.2ml/kg·min 分别增加到12.9、15.9和18.6ml/kg·min。各提重频率间心率及耗氧量的差别均具有显著性意义(p<0.01)。当提重量为体重的35%时心率增加显著(p<0.05)。以平均心率120次/min 作为生理上限时,选择提重量为体重的30%和提重频率为每分4次的劳动负荷较为合适。
