1992年10月27日,国务院七部委联合发出准予回国服务的留学人员用现汇购买自用国产小汽车的通知,我刊已于1993年第1期刊登了《海关对回国服务的留学人员购买免税国产汽车管理办法》和《回国服务的留学人员购买免税国产汽车须知》,对购车条件、所办手续、海关监管要求等作了专门介绍。最近一些读者又提出一些新问题,现统一解答如下:
On October 27, 1992, the seven ministries and commissions of the State Council jointly issued the notice that returned overseas students should pay for the purchase of self-used domestic cars by cash.
