3月底是国务院要求各地落实国五条细则的最后时限,从实际看,各地国五条细则落实程度普遍低于此前市场预期,相当部分城市细则落实程度与国务院要求存在落差。总体而言一线城市/直辖市对国务院政策的响应程度要优于二三线省会/计划单列城市,相当部分二三线城市只公布房价控制目标。
At the end of March, the State Council requested that all the localities implement the five articles of the last deadline. In reality, the implementation details of the five states in various countries are generally lower than the previous market expectations. The implementation of a considerable part of the city rules and the requirements of the State Council are far behind.
