新疆药用及食用真菌资沅丰富,据调查采集鉴定计71种,隶属16科、38属,其中人工培育9种、野生62种。已确定药用菌50,其中兼供食用者25种,另有食用菌21种。药用者按功效分六类:请热解毒类6种,止血活血及消肿止痛类14种,祛风舒筋类7种,抗癌瘤类4种,消导类10种,调节机体代谢及益补类9种。
Xinjiang is rich in medicinal and edible fungus resources. According to investigations, 71 samples were collected and appraised, belonging to 16 families and 38 genera, of which 9 were cultivated artificially and 62 were wild. Medicinal fungi 50 have been identified, of which 25 are edible for food and 21 are edible fungi. Medications are divided into six categories according to their efficacy: 6 types of thermal detoxification, 14 types of hemostasis, blood circulation, swelling and pain relief, 7 types of hurricane and tendons, 4 types of anticancer tumors, 10 types of anticancer tumors, and regulation of body metabolism And 9 types of supplements.
