我国的和谐社会建设已经开始从制度层向文化层过渡、从制度和谐向文化和谐渐进。建设和谐文化,必须处理好文化冲突和文化融合的关系。尤其是在城市化进程中,由于乡村与城市两种不同文化规范之间的差异所引起的农民工与市民、农村与城市的文化冲突及由此产生的种种社会问题,必须得到充分的重视和妥善解决。
The construction of a harmonious society in our country has begun to transition from the system level to the cultural level, and from system harmony to cultural harmony progressively. To build a harmonious culture, we must handle the relations between cultural conflicts and cultural integration. Especially in the process of urbanization, the cultural conflicts between migrant workers and citizens, rural areas and cities and the various social problems caused by these differences between rural and urban cultural standards must be given due attention and settle properly.
