在国内,中药防治高原病被公认为是一种较为有效的手段。其防治高原病的药理作用主要表现为抗缺氧、抗疲劳、抗氧化、作用于机体某些酶系统、保护组织器官免受缺氧损伤等。文中简述了中药防治高原病的中医辨证论治理论基础、药理作用及其临床应用和当前研究进展等内容。
In China, the prevention and treatment of altitude sickness by traditional Chinese medicine is generally accepted as a more effective method. The prevention and treatment of high altitude disease pharmacological effects mainly for anti-hypoxia, anti-fatigue, anti-oxidation, the role of certain enzymes in the body system, protect tissues and organs from hypoxia damage. The article briefly describes the theoretical basis of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of altitude sickness syndromes, its pharmacological effects and its clinical application and the current research progress.
