本文研究了不同激素及浓度对碧桃离体繁殖的影响。结果表明,碧桃的茎尖和带腋芽茎段在附加BA2.0和IAA1.0mg/L的MS培养基中增殖效果较好,并经过连续十五次继代培养,仍保持着较高的增生能力。通过过氧化物酶同工酶分析,发现经继代培养的试管新梢的酶谱比母树少一条酶带。此外,将继代培养的1cm以上的新梢接到附加NAA0.1mg/L的1/2MS培养基中得到了较高的生根率。
In this paper, the effects of different hormones and concentrations on Prunus mume in vitro propagation were studied. The results showed that the stem tips and axillary buds of Hypericum perforatum had good proliferation in MS medium supplemented with BA2.0 and IAA1.0mg / L, and maintained high proliferation after 15 successive subcultures ability. By peroxidase isoenzyme analysis, we found that the subculture of the test tube tip of the enzyme spectrum than the parent tree by one enzyme band. In addition, higher rooting rates were obtained when 1 cm or more of new shoots subcultured were supplemented with 1 / 2MS medium supplemented with 0.1 mg / L of NAA.
