师德,即教师的职业道德。它是教师在从事教学活动,履行教书育人职责时必须遵循的行为准则和道德规范的总和。它是教师素质的核心。当前,面对社会发展,特别是市场经济新形势的挑战,在现实生活中职业高中的教师还存在着一些道德意识淡薄,思想行为偏离师德原则和规范的现象。1、自信心缺乏主要表现为工作精神状态不佳。造成这一现象的内因是教师对职业教育的意义认识模糊,看不到职业教育发展的广阔前景。外在原因则十分复杂。比如,职业教育目前在我国社会和教育事业中的地位不高,地方政府对职业教育的投入等相关政策滞后于社会经济的发展,社会群众对职业教育认识和价值观的偏差,职业高中教师与普通高中教师的地位和待遇失衡等。
