我国煤矿顶板事故死亡人数约占煤矿总死亡人数的40%,其中80%的顶板事故发生在回采工作面。当岩层离层和断裂等破坏状态及过程(包括裂断时间和位置)的信息被监测到后,就可以对顶板进行垮落的预报,并实施针对性的控制措施,从而避免顸板事故发生。将支架工作阻力监测系统、顶板离层监测系统、锚杆应力监测系统、钻孔应力监测系统等现有的系统进行集成,并实时显示各种应力和位移的变化,可以实现顸板的动态监测,为煤矿的安全高效生产奠定良好的基础。
