本试验就广亲和育种中的亲本利用,配组方式和适宜的选择世代进行了研究。结果表明,02428与籼稻或带有籼型血缘的粳稻品种(系)杂交,其后代出现具有良好亲和性株系的比例较高。这些亲和性较好株系的遗传基础包括:1.真实地含有02428的广亲和基因;2.并非携带02428广亲和基因而仅属于籼、粳品种的中间型;3.既含有从02428转育而来的广亲和基因,同时又属于血缘上的籼、粳中间型。采用WCV/WCV以及WCV/CV//WCV的杂交配组方式更容易获得新的广亲和品系,多亲本复合杂交不利于提高选择效率。水稻的广亲和性受主基因控制,低世代选择有效。
In this experiment, we studied the parental utilization, mating method and suitable selection generation in wide-parent breeding. The results showed that 02428 was crossed with indica or indica type japonica rice (lines), and its offspring had a high proportion of lines with good affinity. The genetic basis of these better lineages includes: 1. True contains 02428 wide affinity gene; 2. Not carrying 02428 wide compatibility gene but only belongs to the middle of indica and japonica varieties; 3. Both contained from 02428 from the wide compatibility gene, at the same time belong to blood on the indica, japonica intermediate. Using WCV / WCV and WCV / CV // WCV hybrid grouping easier access to new wide compatibility strains, multiple parents of the hybridization is not conducive to improve the selection efficiency. The wide compatibility of rice is controlled by the dominant gene, and the low generation selection is effective.
