南江县位于四川省四大重点扶贫片区之一的秦巴山片区区域扶贫核心地带,目前还有9.55万贫困人口,其中2000余户特困农户住房亟待改善。我们坚持以巴山新居建设为扶贫攻坚突破口,针对特困家庭、重度残疾人等建房资金缺乏又迫切需要改善住房条件的特困农户,探索创新农村廉租房制度,围绕巴山新居建设,配套一定比例农村廉租房,“十二五”期间规划建成农村廉租房2000套,切实解决和改善特困农户住房问题,扶持和带动特困农户同步小康。一、坚持政府引领,统筹推进廉租房建设
Nanjiang County is located in the core area of poverty alleviation in the Qinba Mountain Area, one of the four major poverty alleviation areas in Sichuan Province. There are still 95,500 poor people in the area, of which more than 2,000 households are destitute. We adhere to the construction of new homes in Mount Bashan as a breakthrough point in tackling poverty.
