检察机关查办职务犯罪是实施法律监督的主要手段,反渎局作为一线办案部门在检察机关实施法律监督中有着举足轻重的作用。本文认为当前侦查水平与新形势、新任务还不相适应;对渎职侵权犯罪的特点规律掌握不够,侦查手段还相对落后,突破案件能力不强,侦查工作机制和监督制约机制还不完善,基础性工作依然薄弱,需要我们进一步把握渎检工作的要领,提高工作效率。
Procuratorial organs to investigate and deal with job-related crimes is the main means of implementing legal supervision. Anti-duress bureau plays a decisive role in the implementation of legal supervision by procuratorial organs as a front-line handling department. This paper argues that the current level of investigation is incompatible with the new situation and new tasks. The laws and regulations on the characteristics of malfeasance and infringement are not sufficiently mastered, the means of investigation are still relatively backward, the ability to break through the cases is not strong, the investigation and working mechanisms and the supervisory and control mechanisms are not perfect, Sex work is still weak, we need to further grasp the essentials of the work of malfeasance, improve work efficiency.
