腰椎管狭窄症是以腰椎退行性病变为主要发病因素的常见病,又是腰腿痛为主要临床症状的体征,其次为双下肢麻木、无力.手术是治疗腰椎管狭窄症最有效的方法之一,在临床工作中广泛应用.患者原有的腰椎结构不稳定、长期反复腰椎退变而导致骨质疏松,棘间韧带软化钙化缺血缺氧,手术减压又加重脊柱的不稳定,这就要求必须有坚强的内固定技术.在治疗腰椎管狭窄症行腰椎管减压、内固定手术中,手术方法居多,效果各不相同.我们从2009年10月至2011年10月采用全椎板减压神经根松解探查、横突间米粒样植骨、桥式肽网置入重塑椎管形态、USS固定系统将椎间关节融合治疗20例腰椎管狭窄症,并获得理想效果.现报告如下.
