蚕蚀性角膜溃疡是一种慢性、疼痛性溃疡。病变从角膜缘开始逐渐向中央扩展,溃疡边缘隆起潜行,最后侵犯整个角膜。目前尚无有效的治疗办法。现将我院收治的15例按不同治疗方法分为三组的疗效观察报道于下。资料和方法本组15例共19只限蚕蚀性角膜溃疡,双眼4例,右眼6例、左眼5例。40岁以上11例,40岁以下的4例。3例有外伤史。男性
Mooren ulcer is a chronic, painful ulcer. Lesions gradually expand from the limbus to the center, slipping ulcers along the margin and eventually invading the entire cornea. There is currently no effective treatment. Now 15 cases admitted to our hospital according to different treatment methods are divided into three groups reported the results of the observation. Materials and Methods The group of 15 cases of a total of 19 cases of Mooren ulcer, 4 eyes, 6 cases of right eye and left eye in 5 cases. 11 cases over 40 years old, 4 cases under 40 years old. 3 cases had a history of trauma. male
