目的 为解决尿毒症伴舌癌患者疾苦，提高患者生存的生活质量，总结尿毒症患者舌癌切除前臂游离皮瓣修复缺损舌再造的经验。方法 尿毒症患者术前经支持疗法调整好全身情况后，在全麻下行舌癌切除前臂游离皮瓣修复缺损，术中注意水、电解质、酸碱平衡，术后注意预防感染等。结果 顺利完成舌肿瘤切除、用前臂游离皮瓣进行舌缺损修复再造获得成功。结论 尿毒症患者舌癌能否切除、组织缺损能否修复再造决定于医院综合实力；术前全身情况的调整是顺利完成手术的基础；术后保持水、电解质、酸碱平衡、预防感染是手术成功的保证。
Objective To solve the problem of uremic patients with tongue cancer and improve the quality of life of patients with life, summarize uremia patients with tongue resection forearm free flap to repair the defect of tongue reconstruction experience. Methods Uremic patients were treated with supportive therapy to adjust the general condition before surgery. The tongue flap was removed under general anesthesia to repair the defect. In the operation, attention should be paid to water, electrolyte, acid-base balance and postoperative infection prevention. Results Tongue tumor resection was successfully completed, and the successful repair of tongue defect with free forearm flap was achieved. Conclusion The diagnosis of tongue cancer in patients with uremia can be removed. Whether tissue defects can be repaired or not depends on the comprehensive strength of the hospital. The preoperative adjustment of the whole body condition is the basis for the successful completion of surgery. After surgery, water, electrolyte, acid-base balance, The guarantee of success.
