当前,我国页岩气产能快速增长,综合评估页岩气开发对地区经济社会环境的影响,有助于完善有关政策,推动我国页岩气产业持续健康发展。重庆涪陵页岩气田是我国发展最快、建成产能最大的页岩气田,在开发过程中对涪陵经济社会发展起到了很大的带动作用,但同时也带来了一些环境和社会影响。建议积极推动页岩气就地转化利用,尽快调整页岩气资源税,加强页岩气关键技术和核心设备的攻关,采取适当的环境保护措施,建立对开采区域农民的长效补偿机制,尽量降低页岩气开发造成的环境和社会影响。
At present, the rapid growth of shale gas production capacity in China and the comprehensive assessment of the impact of shale gas development on the economic and social environment in the region help to improve relevant policies and promote the sustained and healthy development of shale gas industry in China.
