事业单位财务管理存在问题主要表现在管理制度,编制、执行预算,资产管理三个方面。可从健全内部管理制度,加大培训力度,提高会计人员的业务水平及职业道德修养;进一步加强部门预算管理,严格执行政府采购制度,充分发挥预算的控制作用;加强固定资产的管理;做好年终决算和财务分析报告等四个方面入手解决存在的问题。
The problems existing in the financial management of institutions are mainly manifested in the aspects of management system, preparation, execution budget and asset management. We can improve the internal management system, intensify training and improve the professional standards and professional ethics of accountants. We should further strengthen departmental budget management, strictly implement the government procurement system, give full play to the role of budget control, and strengthen the management of fixed assets. Year-end final accounts and financial analysis reports and other four aspects to solve the existing problems.
