笔者认为,图书馆管理主要是人的管理,而管人的关键又在于用人。本文以“以人为本”的思想,提出图书馆用人时主要应采取的方式方法。
The author believes that the main library management is the management of people, but the key is to use people. In this paper, “people-oriented” ideas, proposed when the library should employ the main methods and methods.
