战友报没有专门的记者,对各单位新闻干事又没有直接领导的关系,要想把战友报办成“面向连队,以战士为主要对象”,深受大家爱戴的“战友”,必须培养和发展一支热心为战友报供稿,有业务能力,又会做群众工作的特约记者。我们从1979年6月,在各级和各类人员中,陆续选拔聘请了26名特约记者。两年半来的实践证明,特约记者对改进和提高报纸的宣传质量,发挥了较好的作用。
