【案情介绍】~①(一)背景介绍南京纺织品进出口股份有限公司(以下简称“南纺股份”)是在国内外纺织服装贸易市场中有国际影响力的公司,于1988年获得国家外贸部批准的专业性外贸公司资质,并在2001年3月6日在上交所挂牌上市交易,主要从事纺织品、服装、机电等产品的进出口贸易。公司设有21个业务部门和9个职能部门,拥有27家控股子公司和12家参股公司,子公司涉及纺织品和服装、医药和机电产品生产和贸易、展会以及房地产开发等多个领域。
【Introduction】 ~ ① ①Brief introduction Nanjing Textile Import and Export Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Nanfanggufen”) is an international influential company in textile and apparel trade markets home and abroad. In 1988, Ministry of Foreign Trade approved the professional qualifications of foreign trade companies and March 6, 2001 in the Shanghai Stock Exchange listing, mainly engaged in textiles, clothing, machinery and electrical products import and export trade. The company has 21 business units and 9 functional departments, owns 27 holding subsidiaries and 12 shareholding companies. Its subsidiaries cover many fields such as the production and trade of textiles and clothing, medicine and electromechanical products, exhibitions and real estate development.
