感染约氏鼠疟原虫已于体的小鼠腹腔注射毫菊氯仿提取物1．4g／kg，用药后12小时，给斯氏按蚊吸血30分钟，按规定的时间解剖蚊胃及涎腺，结果显示毫菊氯仿提取物能影响小鼠体内约氏疟原虫配子体在蚊体内发育为卵囊及感染性的子孢子．
Mice infected with Plasmodium yoelii have been intraperitoneally injected with 1.4 mg/kg of Chrysanthemum chloroform extract. After 12 hours of treatment, Anopheles stephensi is sucked for 30 minutes, and mosquitoes and parotid glands are dissected for a specified time. The results showed that the Botrytis Chinensis chloroform extract could affect the development of oocysts and infective sporozoites in mice.
