近年来,高职院校毕业生的就业形势不太乐观,学校就业指导机构不够完善,就业信息不够畅通,就业指导人员缺乏指导能力等等一系列问题,影响了毕业生的就业质量。这就需要各高职院校建立完善的就业长效机制,突破高职毕业生就业瓶颈,提高毕业生的就业竞争力。由此,各高职院校理应建设就业队伍,建立健全高职就业工作的长效机制。
In recent years, the employment situation of graduates in higher vocational colleges is not optimistic, the employment guidance agencies in schools are not perfect enough, the information of employment is not enough and the lack of guidance ability of career guidance personnel and so on a series of problems, which affects the employment quality of graduates. This will require higher vocational colleges to establish and perfect the mechanism of long-term employment, breaking the bottleneck of employment of higher vocational graduates to improve the employment competitiveness of graduates. As a result, all vocational colleges should construct employment teams and establish and improve the long-term mechanism of employment in higher vocational schools.
