With the advent of economic globalization, the living environment of enterprises is more unpredictable. Employees are the blood of the enterprises and the key elements of the competition among enterprises. How to improve the occupational adaptability and innovation ability of employees has become the focus of attention. This dissertation discusses the necessity of improving the adaptability and innovation ability of employees, and puts forward corresponding measures.
