面对经济发展进入新常态对中国社会所带来的影响,面对“全媒体”、“自媒体”时代的到来所带来的冲击,具有党报政治属性和传统媒体特质的地市报,如何实现牢记使命、担起责任、赢得受众、突破发展,成为各地市报都在积极研究解决的问题。2014年以来,《阜新日报》科学研判当前和今后一个时期的发展形势,坚守党报的政治和历史责任,增强深化改革的勇气和自信,坚持做到稳中求变、变中求进,在寻求突破发展中做出了积极而有益的尝试和探索。
