中等职业教育的一项重要任务就是培养具有一定素质和职业岗位群所需的专业知识及能力的应用型技术人才。职业性和实践性是职业教育最鲜明的特色,也是职业教育存在并得以发展的生命,因此,我校近两年来进行了中职生教育模式改革,改变分班形式,开发校本教材,拓展教育途径,以突出教育教学的职业性和实践性。其中,强调对学生职业意识的培养,注重职业意识的升华和提高,以引导学生在职业意识的氛围中学习,具有十分重大的意义。
