Japan recently developed a tower crane with a capacity of up to 15 tons that is dedicated to the maintenance of the outer walls of high-rise and super-tall buildings (see Figure 1). It is fixedly installed in the middle of the top of the high-rise building in the machine room, the tower body is three cylindrical, can be raised and lowered. The boom is horizontally retractable. When operating, the tower rises from the engine room and the boom also extends so that the tower crane can perform lifting operations within the swing range of the arm end. When the boom is not in use, the tower crane is retracted and the tower body is lowered to allow the entire tower crane to be stowed in the machine bay. At this time, the tower crane trail will not be visible from the outside (except above). The machine warehouse is masonry with building materials. From a distance, it is convex on the top of the building. As a special structure at the top of a high-rise building, the overall beauty of the building is not lost.
