基于建构主义学习理论的法学实践基地教学,具有真实情境、合作交流和意义建构三个特征,中国地质大学(武汉)的法学实践基地教学虽然具备了这些特征,但就其科学定位而言依然存在着内容和形式的不足。为了应对教学模式的革新,中国地质大学(武汉)的法学实践基地教学在发展思路上整合优化现有的教学模块,同时在基地建设和人才培养方面凸显资源环境法律的特色。
